A National Weather Service in State College PA confirmed an EF1 tornado near Wells Tannery in Fulton County Pennsylvania on 5/29/2019.||The tornado touched down just west of 1159 Metzler Rd, Wells Tannery in Fulton County PA. It traveled east for about 3/4 miles, knocking down dozens of trees. The only damage to structures was noted at a farm at 1695 Metzler Road. Here, the roof was torn off a barn and the roof to the home was damaged. The storm lifted shortly after crossing a field east of the damaged farm. Maximum winds were estimated at 100 mph.
A National Weather Service storm survey confirmed a tornado near Knobsville in Fulton County Pennsylvania on April 19, 2019.||The tornado touched down approximately one mile west-southwest of Knobsville, just west of East Dutch Corner Road, and tracked north-northeastward for approximately 1.5 miles before lifting near the intersection of Route 522 and Sheepskin Hollow Road.||Trees were uprooted and snapped along the path of the tornado, and a home just off of Breezy Point Road received considerable damage, including the loss of a chimney and a porch roof. Peak winds were estimated at 100 mph.
An EF1 tornado with an estimated maximum wind speed of 100 mph was confirmed by a NWS survey team to have touched down in Fulton County on August 4, 2017. The tornado touched down near Pleasant Grove Road (State Road 3007) and traveled northeastward for about 5 minutes, snapping and uprooting several swaths of trees along its path. It was estimated that approximately 150 trees were snapped or downed by the tornado.
