An area of nearly stationary showers and thunderstorms affected the western part of the San juan metro area mainly between northern Bayamon, southwest Catano, and Toa Baja. Flooding was reported in Villa Marisol, and El Sector 26 of Sabana Seca. More than 40 houses were reported flooded. Significant flooding of roads around Sabana Seca was reported. Road 5 from Catano to Bayamon was reported flooded.
Many sectors of Trujillo Alto were reported flooded as three small streams went out of their banks . Quebrada La Leprosa, La Cepero, and Blasina. Fourteen families were affected by flood waters at Sector Hoyo 2, road 845.
Urban and flash flooding was reported in the San Juan area. Kennedy Avenue, De Diego Avenue and Las Americas Expressway were reported flooded. River Puerto Nuevo was reported out of its banks, several houses were flooded and people were evacuated. In the area of College Park and Reparto Metropolitan a nearby creek was reported out of its banks and flooding some houses. In Bayamon some roads were impassable and houses were flooded at road 174 in Barrio Minillas. In Guaynabo, a creek was running through Villa Isleña. In Barrio Santa Rosa, road 837, several houses were flooded.
