Received a report of nickel to quarter size hail, smaller at first then a few larger ones. A supercell thunderstorm with a well-developed wall cloud tracked through central and eastern Dexter Township, into central Liberty Grove Township. Episodes of smaller hail occurred across the area, with occasional larger hail.
A swath of large hail and damaging winds to 70 mph produced widespread tree and crop damage across central Dwight-West Township. In the town of Dwight, a few large trees were snapped at the base while large tree branches were broken off throughout the town.
