A severe thunderstorm dropped penny to quarter size hail from Mount Laurel Township east through Hainesport Township, Westampton Township, Southampton and Springfield Township. The nickel size hail in Jobstown (Springfield Township) partially covered the ground.
,,,,,,,,Thunderstorm Winds Tennis ball-size hail fell in Florence. The hail damaged vehicles traveling along Interstate 295. The severe thunderstorm also uprooted trees, one which blocked three lanes of traffic on Interstate 295.
