Tornado crossed into Henry county at 2007 CST from Cass county. The tornado produced occasional F2 damage before dissipating 3 miles east southeast of Blairstown at 2025 CST. There was one fatality where a man died after the house was destroyed.
Along SE 1100 Road, 0.1 West of SE 141 Road a vehicle was eastbound and became immersed in swift flowing water on the roadway. Vehicle was swept from the north side of the roadway , overturned and traveled northbound in swift water before striking a large pile of debris. Vehicle became lodged under the debris.
Henry County Emergency Management officials reported power lines down in Windsor as a result of severe thunderstorm winds. The damaging thunderstorm winds also separated a trailor from a truck which obstructed traffic a mile south of Clinton.
