Part of a roof was removed from a house north of the intersection of County Roads South 900 West and West 350 South due to damaging thunderstorm wind gusts. Tree limbs were also downed. The Fowler State Bank sign was also blown over in Williamsport.
At 1422EST, this EF-2 tornado developed along the Illinois-Indiana state line, just west of Rileysburg. A church was pushed off its foundation and the exterior walls collapsed in Rileysburg. A train car was also pushed off railroad tracks and a grain elevator was damaged in Rileysburg. Two mobile homes were completely destroyed to the west-southwest of Covington. At 1425EST, the tornado moved into south-central Warren County. Some trees were downed west of Covington in Warren County. The tornado lifted 2 miles west of Covington at 1426EST.
Trees were downed along County Road 700 West, south of Marshfield, due to damaging thunderstorm wind gusts. A home near the interestion of County Roads 700 West and 650 South sustained minor roof damage due to damaging thunderstorm wind gusts.
