A wide swath of wind damage across the northern half of Clinton County. In Saint Rose, shingles were blown off of a home and a machine shed sustained moderate damage. Some power poles were blown down just southwest of Jamestown. Otherwise, numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines were blown down.
Multiple tree limbs, some as large as 12 inches in diameter, were downed. A 3 foot diameter tree snapped and fell on a home in Aviston. A power pole also snapped near New Baden where siding was also damaged. Cities impacted include Trenton, Damiansville, Albers, Germantown, and Breese.
A wide swath of damaging winds moved through Clinton County. Numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines were blown down in Aviston, Albers, Germantown, and Bartelso. In Aviston, part of the roof of a local restaurant was blown off.
