In El Pilon Sector in Cerro Abajo, the owner of a residence reported that the rear part of her house gave way, she mentions that the runoff from the road goes down her lot and falls into a well which filled up and gave way.
Broadcast media through social media reported severe flooding in Cedro Arriba, sector Los L��pez, due to the overflow of the Rio Mavilla. Video footage shows floodwaters covering the roadway, making the area impassable.
