Scattered severe thunderstorms generated damaging winds and hail up to the size of baseballs across west-central, central and east-central Wisconsin. In Eau Claire (Eau Claire County) powerful winds toppled trees which damaged two homes and a car. A woman was injured when struck by lightning while loading luggage into a car in Minocqua (Oneida County). A man installing an air conditioning unit was hit by lightning in West Bend (Washington County).
