State Police reported 10 roads closed due to trees down. Two dozen trees were reported down in the county. Nickel-size hail was also observed. The hardest hit areas were Leetown, Charles Town, and Blair. Skywarn spotter reported 3.25 inches of rain in just 45 minutes near Kearneysville. Lightning damaged the foundation of a house about 1.5 miles east of Charles Town.
