A bridge on Beans Creek road was barricaded due to high water from heavy rain runoff, with several inches of water over the road. A weather observer in Winchester, Tennessee, about 11 miles northeast of the bridge, reported around three inches of rainfall. Radar estimates of two to four inches were also noted across the affected area.
