What the reports say

Law enforcement reported that a vehicle stalled in three feet of water on North Calibogue Cay Road on Hilton Head Island. Also, a trained spotter reported an estimated six inches of water in a foyer and a completely flooded elevator shaft in a building along Lighthouse Road.
The Beaufort County Sheriff Office reported flooding on Castle Rock Road, the intersection of Broad River Boulevard and Chesterfield Drive, the 100 Block of Broad River Village Drive, the intersection of Savannah Highway and Shell Point Road, and the 200 Block of Admiration Avenue. There was also a motorist assist in floodwaters near the intersection of Robert Smalls Parkway and Castle Rock Road.
The Beaufort County Emergency Operations Center reported most of downtown Beaufort was flooded. Additionally, 2 feet of standing water was reported on Highway 21 on St. Helena Island. Sea Island Parkway and Seaside Road were both reported to be closed due to high water.
