A 30×36 foot sheet metal barn and a 12×24 foot outbuilding were destroyed. A cottonwood tree was also uprooted. At a house nearby, the carport was blown away and two garage windows and south facing windows of the house were broken. The top of a well house was also blown off. The house also sustained some roof damage. Approximately 150 feet of chain link fence was downed.
Thunderstorms in central Oklahoma during the evening hours on the 12th resulted in hail up to quarter-size, damaging winds and damaging lightning. Thunderstorm winds ripped an awning from a downtown store and damaged a firework stand in Chandler. A lightning strike damaged light fixtures at a home 2 miles northwest of Warwick.
Several small storage sheds were destroyed. Debris from the sheds was blown approximately 100 yards away. A few power poles/lines were blown down, with one causing a small grass fire. Monetary damages were not available.
