Trees down in Sharon Woods and other locations. At Tower Place, a shopping mall in downtown Cincinnati, a plate glass window was shattered during the storm. A number of boats were sunknown at Rivertowne Marina on the Ohio River after the wind dislodged the docks and blew the boats from their moorings. Many of the crafts were then bashed against the shore and destroyed.
A large supercell moved across the northeastern parts of the county causing widespread damage. Trees and/or power lines were downed in Springdale, Sharonville, Glendale, and Wyoming. A roof was blown off a manufactoring plant onto Interstate 75 in Lockland. In addition, three-quarter inch diameter hail occurred in Blue Ash and 1 inch diameter fell in Sharonville.
A tractor trailer was blown over in Roselawn near the intersection of Reading Road and Losantiville Avenue due to thunderstorm winds. Sections of roofing were blown off an apartment building across the street from the tractor trailer. Half of a roof was blown off the old social security building.
