A thunderstorm dropped 1.5 inch diameter hail at Great Falls. Also, 1 inch and 1.25 inch hail was reported at Great Falls and at Tracy 4NE. Numerous reports of damaged vehicles were received by law enforcement and some damage to structures was reported.
A thunderstorm dropped 1.5 inch diameter hail in Great Falls. The storm produced reports of hail ranging from 1 inch to 1.75 inches in diameter. The hail caused damage to numerous vehicles, especially on the east side of the city. Damage to structures was also reported.
