A cluster of thunderstorms became stationary over Webster County. Flash flooding occurred which made numerous roads and low lying areas impassable to motorists. A few of these locations include, a section of Highway W near Elkland, a section of White Oak Road near Highway KK in Marshfield, a section of Dillon Road near Diggins, low areas near the Little Finley Creek, and a low water crossing on Givens Branch Road.
