Extensive wind damage was reported just southwest of Hale. A 50-by-60 foot machine shed and a 60-by-120 foot Morton building were destroyed, and farm equipment inside was damaged. A two car garage was destroyed, and a modular home suffered roof damage. Large trees and limbs were downed, and one limb fell on the roof of a home, causing damage.
Spotter reported thunderstorm wind gusts estimated to be up to 100 mph. Winds were gusting up to 60 mph, for 10 to 15 minutes, between Norborne and Carrollton. Numerous trees and power lines were down. Several power poles were snapped.
