What the reports say

Osceola central dispatch reported flooding along Muskegon River and also that several roadways were flooded and closed. Severe flooding was reported along the Muskegon River near Evart and Governor Snyder declared a state of disaster for Osceola county.
An emergency manager reported that the Mackinaw trail just south of the Osceola and Wexford county line was washed out. Other small roadways and bridges were also closed due to washouts. A presidential disaster declaration was issued for Osceola county for the flooding. Damage to public infrastructure (mostly road and bridge washouts) was estimated at up to around one million dollars for this event.
A touchdown occurred at Rose Lake Youth Park causing structural damage to several permanent buildings. Many trees were downed by the wind causing damage to several cars and camper trailers. Trees were blown over near Dighton.
