Thunderstorm winds blew down numerous trees across the parish. In Bogalusa, two homes were damaged by falling trees and one mobile home was destroyed. In Franklinton, a greenhouse and a business were damaged by the winds.
Damage was reported to a couple of homes in the Hackley community. One house had a roof blown off along with a portion of a wall damaged. Another house had major roof damage and damage to siding. Time of event was based on radar.
Thunderstorm wind gusts caused minor damage to a house under renovation on Highway 430 north-northeast of Franklinton. A portion of the siding was peeled off, and roofing and insulation was blown in a northeast direction.
