An area bounded along Hwy 182 and Hwy 87 on both sides of|Bayou Teche saw numerous trees snapped or blown down. A mobile home|community off of Darnall Road saw several homes with roof damage. Estimated peak winds were 107 MPH along a path 1.7 miles long and 2 miles wide.
The Iberia Parish emergency manager reported approximately 20k -30k in damage along Mullins Road and Ben Hogan Drive. A 50×20 foot piece of sheet metal on a wood frame was torn off a garage and thrown approximately 350 feet, an RV garage was bent, three south facing garages were bent inward, a fence was bent to the ground, a utility pole was bent, and boats were blown off of trailers and into a fence.
NWS storm survey found microburst wind damage from 2 miles east of the Morbihan community to 1 mile south of the Vida community. A few trees and power lines were blown down along Northside Road and Loureauville Road. An outbuilding was demolished on Northside Road south of Cajun Drive. All debris was blown in a southwest to northeast direction with estimated winds up to 65 mph.
