What the reports say

Water was observed flowing over Kentucky Highway 36 near Interstate 64 south of Owingsville, resulting in the closure of the road. Additionally, a woman was rescued from rapidly flowing flood waters as her vehicle became submerged northwest of Olympia.
The county Emergency Manager reported water from a nearby creek rushing inside of a home in Pebble. This occurred as a rain gauge on East Fork Road, southwest of Pebble, recorded 7.23 inches of rainfall in a two hour period.
County Emergency Management reported several roadways containing at least half a foot of flowing water near Flat Creek and west of Owingsville, leading to a vehicle becoming stranded on U.S. Highway 60 near the Montgomery County line.
