A damaging microburst caused extensive damage to the Piasa Marina. One large boat dock was destroyed. An unoccupied building sustained moderate roof damage. Several trees were snapped off in an area extending from the marina northward along Lockhaven Road for about half a mile.
Thunderstorm winds blew down a large tree across Illinois Route 100 on the west side of Pere Marquette State Park. Also, a tree was blown down across Illinois Route 16 about 2 miles east of Fieldon. In Jerseyville, several trees were blown down.
Thunderstorm winds blew down several trees and numerous tree limbs. Also, a small shed had two pieces of plywood blown off and a metal awning at a local business was blown off and landed next to a van causing minor damage to the vehicle.
