Northern and eastern areas of Kauai were affected by heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms. Many locales saw ponding on roadways, and small stream and drainage ditch flooding. However, there were no reports of significant injuries or property damage.
Showers and isolated thunderstorms impacted the southern half of the Garden Isle of Kauai. The precipitation caused ponding on roadways, and small stream and drainage ditch flooding. No significant property damage or injuries were reported.
The eastern half of Kauai, including coastal and mauka sections, saw heavy showers that produced drainage ditch and small stream flooding and ponding of roadways. There were no reports of serious injuries or property damage.
