Beebe-Capps Expressway was partially flooded on the outside lanes. Arkansas Highway 367 south of Searcy had waster over the road in several places. Arkansas Highway 36 west of Searcy had water over it in several places. Lake Barnett was flooded and several creeks in Searcy were out of their banks.
Numerous streets had to be barricaded in Searcy. In the 2 hours from 10 PM to Midnight CDT, 3.83 inches of rain fell at the Searcy airport. This total included 0.42 inch from 10:21 to 10:30 PM CDT, 0.47 inch from 10:30 to 10:39 PM, 0.53 inch from 10:39 to 10:48 PM, 0.43 inch from 10:48 to 10:56 PM, and 0.97 inch from 10:56 to 11:14 PM.
