U.S. Highway 165 was flooded between DeWitt and Gillett, causing several vehicles to be swept off the road. Arkansas Highways 11, 276, and 153 were flooded as well. A water rescue was necessary on Pittman Road southeast of DeWitt. The county judge estimated that 90% of county roads had water on them.
