A second round of heavy rainfall on the 11th through the 12th, caused many roads to be flooded and closed due to high water. A few of these locations in the Anderson area included: county road 524, county road 156, and county road 96.
Several county roads remained closed in eastern Lauderdale county, mainly in the Lexington and Anderson communities. Roads remaining closed at 2:26 PM included: CR 52, CR 207, CR 502, CR 50, CR 51, CR 39, CR 96, CR 530, CR 534, CR 56, CR 51, and Highway 64.
Heavy rainfall from strong to severe thunderstorms closed several roads in eastern portions of Lauderdale county. Roads that were closed included: Turner Lindsey Road in Rogersville, CR 379/CR 130 in the Greenhill area, CR 156/CR 520/CR 534/CR 522 in the Anderson area, and CR 502 in the Lexington area.
