Station KRIS TV-6 of Corpus Christi reported up to golfball-size hail northeast of Mathis. Approximately 2,000 acres of corn were wiped out. A number of road signs were blown over in the County. A large road sign was blown across Interstate 37 at the Sinton Rockport exit.
