A severe thunderstorm producing winds estimated near 90 mph knocked down several trees and powerlines along and east of Lake Road on the east side of Mokoma Lake. There was one house was damaged, an outbuilding destroyed, and a vehicle damaged from falling trees.
Thunderstorm winds estimated near 60 mph knocked down trees along SR3009 and 154 near Worlds End State Park. Firefighters had to rescue a man who was injured and trapped when a tree fell onto his tent. The man was rescued and transported to a nearby hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening.
A severe thunderstorm producing winds estimated near 65 mph snapped and uprooted several trees along an intermittent path extending from Rohes Rd to near Dog Farm Road in Cherry Twp, Sullivan County, PA. An outbuilding was also destroyed.
