State official reports that numerous roads are flooded throughout Allegheny county including Cedar Blvd., Scrubgrass Rd. at Swallow Hill Rd., Boyce Rd., at Mayview, Bigelow Blvd., near Herron Blvd., and Petrie Rd. at Coraopolis Rd.
The Pittsburgh Tribune Review reports that a half dozen motorists were stuck when their vehicles stalled in high water on Route 51 between Coal Valley Rd in Jefferson Hills and the Southland Four Seasons shopping center in Pleasant Hills.
Member of the public on social media reported that the tunnel on River Avenue between Munson Avenue and Robb Street was closed due to flooding, and Clever Road between McKees Rocks Road and Montour Highschool was closed due to flooding. In addition, flooding was reported on the 800 block of Chartiers Avenue in Carnegie.
