A large area of downburst winds began near the end of the first tornado track, in the Denver community, and continued on the south side of the 2nd tornado track. Numerous trees were uprooted from the Campground Rd/Forney Hill Rd area to areas north of Westport. Some trees fell on homes, causing significant damage.
A roof was blown off a building and landed on a car. Trees and power lines were blown down across the city, some onto cars. A man was injured when a plate glass window was blown out, sending shards of glass cutting across his face. Numerous power outages were also reported.
Trained spotter and emergency manager reported multiple trees blown down from Schronce Rd to the area around East Lincoln High School. One tree fell on a house on North Ingleside Farm Rd. Trees and power lines were also blown down on Broadleaf Dr.
