A supercell thunderstorm produced a swath of hail from Fort Bragg southeast to the western side of Fayetteville. The hail ranged from nickel to golf ball size. Nickel size hail covered the ground at Fort Bragg and the golf ball size reported originated from the intersection of Bragg Boulevard and William Clark Road in Fayetteville.
