A facebook post from the Cunico Ranch in Colfax County showed severe thunderstorm wind damage, including the destruction a detached garage or shed, and the roof being torn off another building that had been constructed over 100 years ago. Numerous other damage was shown to outdoor equipment and materials, including their power supply. Little visible damage was received to the barn and home. Damage is an estimate.
A severe thunderstorm that moved eastward along Highway 56 west of Abbott produced wind damage in the area. A COOP observer reported that a roof and two garage doors were blown off an outbuilding on a farm about twelve miles west of Abbott. Damage amounts are a rough estimate.
