Thunderstorm winds were measured at 63 mph by ASOS. Several trees and major limbs were downed in the area, a few of which blocked streets. The roof was torn off of a barn and old store in the area, and 2 fertilizer tanks were toppled.
Thunderstorm wind gusts estimated at 60 mph blew out some windows across the eastern section of Burt county according to the Burt County Plaindealer newspaper. The time was estimated through examination of archived radar data.
