Three to five inches of rain fell over St. Clair County resulting in flooding of small streams, creeks, and two main stem rivers. A few locations that flooded included sections of Highway A near Appleton City and sections of Highway H.
One to three and a half inches of rain fell over St. Clair County. Minor flooding occurred on secondary roads county wide. The greatest precipitation fell over the southeastern portion of the county. This caused a couple of state routes to flood.
