A number of trees were blown down between Steelville and Anthonies Mill. One tree was blown down onto Highway M southwest of Steelville. Just east of Steelville, three trees were blown down along Long Spring Road. About two miles west of Anthonies Mill, a large tree was blown down onto Highway N.
Thunderstorm winds either uprooted or blew down several trees in Cuba as well as numerous tree limbs. One tree was two feet in diameter. In Leasburg, the winds damaged a fence and tore some vinyl siding off of a structure.
Tree damage and some minor house damage (a few shingles and siding peeled off) was noted along DD Highway well to the south and east of the tornado damage near Indian Lake. This damage was deemed to be straight line wind damage, caused by a surge in the rear flank downdraft of the thunderstorm.
