A severe thunderstorm continued to produce hail as it moved northeast through Leake County. Hail up to the size of ping pong balls fell in Walnut Grove. The storm continued to produce hail as it moved into Neshoba County.
A severe thunderstorm moved across southeast Leake County and produced hail as large as golf ball size. Mostly dime to quarter sized hail fell across the area with some larger stones to golf ball size near Gomillion Road and the intersection of Highway 487 and Gunter Road.
A left moving supercell thunderstorm continued out of northeast Scott county and moved across the far southeast corner of Leake county, near the Salem Community and produced nickel to golf ball sized hail before it moved into southwest Neshoba county.
