Numerous trees and power lines were blown down across a large portion of Jefferson County. Tree damage was widespread with the most concentrated from the Red Lick and Lorman areas to Fayette to the southwest portion of the county. In Fayette, 2 mobile homes were destroyed by fallen trees and 1 other sustained minor damage. Several roads were blocked by fallen trees as well.
The public reported several large trees down around Cedar Hill, House Springs, and between Highways 30 and 21. Four mobile homes suffered damaged to their roofs north of Hillsboro injuring three people. Wind gusts near De Soto reached 70 mph knocking down trees and damaging homes along County Road H.
