Roads in Foster City were littered with shredded leaves due to hail. The spotter in the vehicle had to pull over and stop due to torrential rainfall. Hail size was estimated as the spotter did not get out of the vehicle to measure it. Torrential rain and hail began around 940 pm CDT and lasted 10 to 15 minutes.
