Thunderstorms produced strong winds which downed trees and power lines in several communities in west-central Louisiana. The most significant damage occurred at Longville where a mobile home was rolled over by thunderstorm wind gusts.
A large cluster of thunderstorms moving west at 20 mph blew down trees and power lines in Deridder and Merryville. A roof overhang was blown off from a business in Deridder. Fallen trees hit a mobile home in Deridder and an automobile in Merryville.
A storm survey concluded that straight line winds damaged areas just east of Ragley along Lonnie Cole Road. A large tree branch fell on a mobile home at 144 Lonnie Cole Road causing significant roof damage. A pine tree was also snapped near by falling on a car.
