Emergency manager reported numerous roads closed to high water and excessive rainfall. KY 762 was closed between MP 2 and 3, KY 273 between MP 3 and 4, KY 764 between MP 8 and 9, and KY 919 between MP 3 and 4. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell across the county, the highest amounts across the north and east portions.
