Emergency management estimated up to one inch in diameter hail stones combined with up to 70 mph winds severely damaged the soybean crop in southern Bourbon County. No dollar amount in damages was determined due to the extreme drought conditions that have already severely damaged this year's crop. A couple homes suffered minor roof and siding damage from the hail and damaging winds.
