A round of showers and thunderstorms tracked across central Rio Blanco county, producing wind gusts ranging from 45 to 60 mph. The peak recorded gust was 58 mph, and this was recorded at KEEO ASOS, located at Meeker Airport. No reports of damages or injuries were received.
At approximately 4:48 PM MDT, the KEEO ASOS at Meeker Airport recorded a gust to 58 mph in association with a nearby thunderstorm. Other gusts in the area ranged from 45 mph to 55 mph. No reports of damages, fatalities, or injuries were received in association with this event.
