Showers and thunderstorms associated with Tropical Storm Gabrielle produced heavy rainfall which led to urban flooding on Saint Croix. Northside road was flooded near the vicinity of Estate Profit and Diageo. Also Eastbound lane was completed flooded and obstructed. Several trees were down near the Sweeney Police Station and on south shore road south of Junies Bar.
Debris flow due to heavy rains was reported at the Aloy Wenty Nielsen Bypass (VI-66). This debris flow occured between the Bypass Overlook and the Intersection with Hospital St and East End Rd. The debris was reported to have been removed around 10 AM.
A youtuber from St. Croix reported estimated pea sized hail in East End. The person said that there were two pulses when hail was heard hitting the windows during the storm. The hail left about 5 dents the side of a one cent coin in their car.
