The Municipal Office of Emergency Management (OMME) in Guaynabo reported a landslide that affected Camino La Marquesa near Parque Forestal La Marquesa. The debris from the landslide rendered the road impassable and obstructed traffic flow through the area.
Emergency managers reported flooding affecting the exit from Expreso Rafael Martinez Nadal toward Avenida Gonzalez Giusti/San Patricio Village, in front of the Dennis Restaurant near Plaza San Patricio in Guaynabo. The roadway has been closed and is currently impassable for all traffic.
A member of the public contacted the 911 Center to report flooding at the end of Road 3, near San Ignacio Avenue and PR-199. Approximately 1 to 4 inches of rainfall had been recorded by 3 PM (time of the report). There were no reports of water entering homes or causing damage to property.
