Numerous trees and powerlines down on the north side of Prairie Du Sac including uprooted trees. Some trees down on homes, garages and apartment buildings causing structural damage. Sheet metal removed from a portion of a roof of an industrial building.
A swath of widespread tree damage from Moon Valley to Merrimac. Numerous trees and branches snapped or uprooted. A large tree fell through a shed destroying it. A large tree branch fell onto a truck and another onto a garage. A Pontoon Boat was overturned on the shore of Lake WI.
The Sauk County 911 center received reports of tree and power line damage in a 10-mile wide swath from 5 miles west of Hill Point to 8 miles east of Baraboo due to powerful thunderstorm wind gusts that were estimated at 70 mph (61 knots). A shed was blown down on Coon Bluff Road northwest of Baraboo. The line of thunderstorms produced a gustnado 7 miles east of Baraboo, however only some minor tree damage was reported with the gustnado.
