Thunderstorm winds downed a tree onto a 9-year-old child on the west side of Green Bay. The person was taken to the hospital and passed away from the injuries. The time of this report is an estimate based on radar data.
Numerous trees were uprooted and snapped in the city of Greenleaf by downburst winds from a severe thunderstorm. A farm outbuilding was destroyed and 10 calf hutches were thrown 50 to 150 yards, killing the calves inside.
